Our Approach

Trust

Established in 2005, Women’s Choice Network has been a pillar of support for women and young families in Pittsburgh, extending its reach through three dedicated pregnancy medical clinics in Oakland, Monroeville and North Side. Over the years, WCN has garnered the trust of thousands, emerging as a reliable source for an array of free medical services such as pregnancy testing, STD testing, ultrasound examinations, abortion pill reversal, and comprehensive medical consultations tailored to address the various facets of pregnancy and sexual health.

Excellence

We operate our three clinics under the direction of three Pittsburgh Physicians who serve as the Medical Directors. WCN employs full and part time Registered Nurses who care for patients seeking pregnancy testing and verification, STD testing and treatment. WCN tests for four STDs using urine and finger stick methods. Our Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) exclusively provide prenatal ultrasounds after a positive pregnancy test. Ultrasound scans are read by one of our medical directors who is a Board-Certified Ob/Gyn, and the reports are immediately provided to the patient.

Care

In addition to offering early pregnancy consultation, post-abortion pill care, and abortion pill reversal when indicated, our dedicated medical staff ensures the highest level of competency by maintaining active Pennsylvania licensing and participating in annual Continuing Education Units (CEUs). These comprehensive services are readily accessible during all regular clinic hours, and each location consistently surpasses HIPAA requirements, guaranteeing a commitment to confidentiality and privacy for all patients.

Abortion Pill Reversal

Medical abortion, also known as the abortion pill, has become the method of choice. Many women immediately regret their abortion decision. Thankfully, our centers provide abortion pill reversal (APR) to serve those who have regrets after beginning the medical abortion process. Within a three-day window of time, many women can reverse the effects of the abortion pill with this safe, simple protocol.

Life Support Classes

Our prenatal, postnatal, and healthy relationship Life Support sessions open up opportunities for spiritual discussions, new direction, and lasting change. We ensure that after making the choice for life, moms, dads, and those seeking a new beginning will have access to the resources they need. Our Life Support program partners directly with The Nest, a children’s resale boutique in Pittsburgh. The Nest offers clothing and furnishings for infants and children up to size 8, and demonstrates our commitment to care for clients’ children for years to come.
